Após derrota do Atlético-GO por 2 a 1, no clássico com o Vila Nova, pelo Campeonato Goiano, o Diretor de futebol e vice-presidente do Atlético-GO, Adson Batista criticou o desempenho da equipe. Vale lembrar que o time rubro-negro ainda não venceu na competição.

Para Adson, o Atlético-GO até escapou de sofrer mais gols no Estádio Olímpico. O diretor de futebol não poupou palavras para criticar a atuação dos jogadores na partida contra o Vila.

– Não consigo nem explicar, foi o jogo de um time só. Quem jogou foi só o Vila Nova, um time organizado. Ficou barato para o Atlético-GO. É uma fase muito difícil. Já vínhamos de uma fase difícil no ano passado. Temos que ser grandes para superar este momento. Trabalho não vai faltar (…). Estou de cabeça quente, preciso conversar com as pessoas e avaliar. Nosso time está uma bagunça. É um time lento e desorganizado. Mas é um problema de todos nós, a culpa não é só do João Paulo – disse Adson Batista à Rádio CBN.

Adson Batista apontou que o time do Atlético-GO no próximo jogo pelo estadual será diferente. De acordo com o dirigente, será preciso fazer uma avaliação sobre quem está em melhores condições para formar uma nova equipe na próxima quarta-feira.

– Como eu vou cobrar de um jogador que não anda? Fisicamente nosso time está zero. Parece que o Vila Nova estava em uma Ferrari e nós estávamos em uma Mobilete. Alguns jogadores claramente não têm condições de jogar na quarta-feira e no domingo. Temos que buscar um time alternativo na quarta – completou o vice-presidente.

Promovido a técnico depois da temporada passada,João Paulo Sanches sabe que corre risco no cargo. O atual comandante destacou que vai desempenhar a função que a diretoria achar melhor.

– Vocês me conhecem. Sabem que sou muito atuante no clube e participo das contratações. Confio nesse grupo, apesar das atuações ruins. Hoje (sábado) não podemos reclamar da falta de luta ou de entrega. Foi uma tarde fraca tecnicamente. Se tem uma palavra que tenho a dizer quanto ao Adson Batista é gratidão. Se ele me demitir, vou ser grato. Se me colocar como auxiliar novamente, vou continuar sendo grato. The Verdict: Enticing

It certainly is enticing to hear of how much Howe is committing to Newcastle and just how much his work is being appreciated by the players.

Things got pretty toxic in the end under Bruce, with reports of some players being ‘angry’ with him over his tactics and training schedule.

Nonetheless, they seem to have settled very quickly under Howe, which is impressive considering the number of fresh faces who came through the door in the January transfer window.

The Magpies now look all but safe from relegation in the Premier League, when the situation looked rather bleak before Howe came in.

O post e duas imagens, feitas pelo fotógrafo Guilherme Guedes, mostram uma noiva rasgando uma camisa do Cruzeiro em seu marido, que usava por baixo uma camisa do Atlético-MG – como forma de demonstrar que agora ele tinha trocado de lado. Porém, esta publicação havia sido feita há um ano, na página profissional do fotógrafo no Instagram. Ontem, no entanto, as fotos foram encontradas por outra pessoa e publicadas por ela em seu perfil no Twitter, com os dizeres: “Isso é sério? Vai toma (sic) no c…”. Foi a faísca para os ânimos se acirrarem na internet. O casal recebeu ameaças de torcedores e, nesta terça, foi registrar o caso em uma delegacia de Belo Horizonte, junto do fotógrafo.

Ofotógrafo Guilherme Guedes conversou com a reportagem do LANCE! sobre a situação. Ele diz que a publicação de ontem tirou as fotos de um contexto.

– Tiraram as fotos do contexto, isso já faz um ano. Basicamente, ele era um torcedor do Cruzeiro que não ligava muito para futebol e ela é uma atleticana fanática. Eles saíam muito juntos nas noites da Libertadores de 2013 e ele foi passando a torcer pelo Atlético durante a campanha. O casal, então, veio com a ideia de um ensaio sobre futebol para o casamento. Sem a noiva saber, compramos uma camisa do Cruzeiro e levamos a noiva em separado para o local do ensaio, que foi no Mineirão. A ideia era que, quando ela visse a camisa do Cruzeiro, ficasse chateada com o noivo e tivesse alguma reação: desse um tapa, corresse, gritasse, ou mesmo rasgasse a camisa. Independentemente da reação, não planejada e não controlada, teríamos a transformação simbólica do noivo no final, com uma dose alta de espontaneidade e a esperada “reconciliação” desse breve “desentendimento”. De fato, foi exatamente isso que aconteceu. E a camisa do Atlético por baixo causou uma grande surpresa. Não foi para incitar violência a clube de futebol algum e a torcida alguma, foi algo muito natural entre eles, e eles estavam em movimento naquela foto feita de forma mais fechada – destacou ofotógrafo, em entrevista por telefone.

Guilherme Guedes afirmou que, ao longo de um ano, as imagens não tinham gerado polêmica em seu Instagram – que é voltado para ensaios de casais – e que a intenção jamais foi ofender o Cruzeiro ou exaltar o Atlético. As repercussões, no máximo, eram com noivos e noivas que marcavam os companheiros em brincadeiras como “se não for para casar assim, nem caso”.

– Essas fotos foram usadas no casamento do casal, chegaram a dar para amigos no dia. Sempre foi encarado como uma brincadeira sadia. Quem viu as fotos no contexto que foi colocado ontem, não conseguiu entender o sentido certo. Quem publicou, publicou sem autorização. É crime. O casal está recebendo ameaças e já está com um advogado. O casal não deve deixar passar essa.

Ofotógrafo, agora, tenta contato com a pessoa que fez viralizar suas fotos:

– Eu nem tinha Twitter, mas precisei criar uma conta para tentar contato com essa pessoa. Já foram 1,3 mil retuitadas em algo distorcido, que incitou violência. Espero que essa pessoa faça um texto explicando a situação correta.

O Palmeiras ainda não assinou contrato com sua nova fornecedora de material esportivo, mas tem a Puma como favorita. O clube mantém negociação com outras duas empresas (Adidas e Topper), mas a oferta da Puma chamou a atenção por detalhes como exclusividade no Brasil e a ideia considerada “agressiva” da empresa.

Se o acordo for fechado, a Puma fornecerá uniformes apenas para o Palmeiras no Brasil, além de oferecer uma equipe para trabalhar dedicada apenas ao clube e um projeto para expansão da marca. A Adidas, por exemplo, apesar das boas vendas do Verdão, tem no Flamengo seu principal cliente no país, além de confeccionar também os uniformes de Sport, Coritiba e Ponte Preta. A Topper tem parceria com dez clubes.

Financeiramente, a proposta da Puma é parecida com a da Topper, mas foi considerada mais agressiva pela maior participação do clube nos royalties (valor da venda das camisas). Internamente, considera-se que o potencial de comercialização de uniformes é grande, e por isso este contrato, embora seja muito baseado em uma quantia variável, pode gerar uma receita 20% maior que os R$ 20 milhões que o Verdão recebe da Adidas, por ano.

Por conta da parceria de 12 anos, o clube tem mantido contato com a Adidas, mas a proposta da atual fornecedora foi a que menos agradou. E pelo andar das conversas, dificilmente haverá uma melhoria nos termos. O contrato, portanto, deve ser cumprido apenas até dezembro deste ano.

Nas redes sociais, os torcedores fazem campanha pela Puma, que tem interagido com palmeirenses no Twitter e até respondeu à preocupação com a linha para pessoas acima do peso. “Não se preocupa… Fazemos camisas para todos os tamanhos”, escreveu a página da empresa.

The 24-year-old has shown quality on the ball, scoring four goals and registering two assists in the Premier League, but also tenacity off it, averaging 2.3 tackles per game.

Speaking to Give Me Sport, Holland said it would be an enormous setback for Wolves after hearing of Arsenal’s interest:

“Yes, 100 per cent. I think as the season’s gone on, Ruben Neves’ importance to Wolves has just got bigger and bigger and you realise how much they miss him in games like against Newcastle.

“If Neves does go, with Arsenal now interested, I think that would be a massive, massive loss for Wolves.”

The Verdict: Plan for life without him

The longer the links go on, the more likely it feels that Neves will leave, with the midfielder giving few indications that he will stay on beyond this season.

The Portugal international may feel he now belongs in a Champions League team, which is understandable given his performances this season, and it does feel like he has reached a natural conclusion at Molineux.

That’s not to say that any Wolves wouldn’t be desperate for him to stay on, though – if that did happen, it would feel more significant than any signing made this summer.

Yorkshire put themselves right back into the race for the County Championship title with a deserved five-wicket victory over leaders Nottinghamshire. After bowling the hosts out for 413 in their second innings, with Ajmal Shahzad picking up four wickets to take his match haul to eight for 121, Yorkshire raced to their victory target of 209 inside 43 overs thanks to a sparkling unbeaten 63 from Jonathan Bairstow.There was a brief scare when they lost their top four in the space of six overs, but Bairstow put on 97 in 15 overs for the fifth wicket with Gerard Brophy (41), before taking a single to square leg to complete the win. The victory meant Yorkshire climbed to within seven points of Notts going into the final round of matches.Notts began the day 152 ahead on 357 for 6, realistically needing another 100 runs to stand a chance of an unlikely win after being bowled out for just 59 in their first innings. Nightwatchman Darren Pattinson advanced the score to 373 before misjudging the line of a delivery from Steven Patterson to be plumb lbw shouldering arms for 27, and Notts then saw the last three wickets fall in 12 balls.Steven Mullaney was bowled by Patterson with one that kept low, skipper Chris Read castled for 47 by an offcutter from Shahzad and last man Luke Fletcher deceived by a slower ball from the England seamer to also be bowled. Notts desperately needed early wickets to put any pressure on the visitors but instead openers Adam Lyth and Jacques Rudolph put on 65 in the 12 overs before lunch to deflate the hopes of the home fans.Pattinson briefly provided some inspiration either side of a half-hour rain break, Rudolph edging to gully and Anthony McGrath gloving a vicious throat ball to Read behind the stumps. The Australian quick then had Lyth caught at first slip for three wickets in three consecutive overs and when Andre Adams bowled Andrew Gale through the gate, Notts again had a sniff.But Bairstow and Brophy took advantage of the attacking field to charge towards the finish, Brophy falling with 17 needed to an edge to slip off Adams, before Bairstow finished things off in the company of Adil Rashid. Notts now travel to Old Trafford knowing a 22-point victory will guarantee them the title, having gained more wins over the season than either of their rivals, while Yorkshire must take maximum points from their home tie with Kent and rely on both Notts and Somerset dropping points.
