أشاد أحمد حسام ميدو لاعب ومدرب الزمالك السابق، بـ الجنوب إفريقي بيتسو موسيماني المدير للأهلي بعد الفوز بثلاثية على بيراميدز في المباراة التي أقيمت أمس الثلاثاء.

الأهلي انتصر على بيراميدز، بثلاثة أهداف دون رد، في اللقاء الذي أقيم ضمن منافسات الجولة الـ8 المؤجلة من عمر بطولة الدوري المصري الممتاز.

وقال ميدو خلال تصريحات عبر برنامجه “الريمونتادا” المذاع على قناة “المحور”: “أوجه التحية لموسيماني وللاعبي الأهلي على تركيزهم أمام بيراميدز”.

وتايع: “موسيماني يثبت في كل المباريات الكبرى أنه مدير فني كبير، لا أعلم سر الهجوم ضده، لا يصح ما يحدث مع مدرب كبير فاز ببطولة دوري أبطال إفريقيا ثلاثة مرات وثالث كأس العالم للأندية مرتين، (شابوه لموسيماني واللاعبين الكبار في الأهلي في كل المباريات الكبري يكون تركيزهم عاليًا جدًا)”.

وأضاف: “لو كان الأهلي خسر ضد بيراميدز، لما كان سيحقق الفوز على صن داونز خلال المباراة المقبلة، أوجه التحية لمحمد الشناوي، قلت إنه لا بد من مراجعته لنفسه بعد تراجع مستواه، ولكن قدم مباراة رائعة اليوم وعودته لمستواه ميزة هامة لمنتخب مصر”.

وواصل: “عبد الله السعيد أخطأ في كرة الهدف الأول، خطأ غير مبرر، مباراة بيراميدز اليوم كانت مصيرية بالنسبة للأهلي والفوز كان هاما للغاية”.

وأردف: “بيراميدز يمتلك جميع الإمكانيات ولكن عيبه الوحيد في المباريات الكبرى يرتكب لاعبوه أخطاء ساذجة وهذا يجعل الفريق لن يحصل على الدوري”.

وأكمل: “شريف إكرامي ارتكب خطأ غير مبرر في كرة الهدف الثالث للأهلي وكان لا بد من التصرف بشكل أفضل من ذلك مع الكرة وهذه أخطاء لا يجب أن ترتكب من حارس مرمى كبير”.

عن الهجوم ضد رمضان صبحي من قبل الجماهير أتم حديثه: “أرفض فكرة الهجوم على أي لاعب، أنا تربيت في الزمالك منذ الصغر، لو جماهير الزمالك هاجمتني سأبكي، لأن الزمالك بيتي، لو تعرضت للهجوم من أي جمهور آخر لن يفرق معي”.

The Latest: Howson says Bannan should move on

Speaking in a Q&A for Yorkshire Live, Howson claimed that it was time for Bannan to end his stay at Hillsborough, assuming a bid comes in for him, with Josh Windass in the same boat. The journalist said:

“If offers come in for Barry Bannan, Josh Windass or anybody else this summer, it would be foolish in Wednesday’s financial position not to consider cashing in.

“Part of the reason the club have got themselves in this situation is because they haven’t sold players and then reinvested that money back into the team. They stockpiled players and knocked back a number of bids.”

The Verdict: Beneficial for all partiesIn an ideal world, Wednesday would be in a healthy financial situation and Bannan would be happy to stay put, but sadly that isn’t the case.The Scot is one of the club’s most prized assets, and as Howson alluded to, it would be reckless for the Owls not to accept a bid for him, especially given his age.It will be sad to see Bannan leaving Hillsborough, considering the contributions he has provided in the middle of the park for the last six years, but a fresh challenge makes sense for everyone concerned, and Howson is right to advocate taking the money for him this summer if an adequate offer is made.In other news, Sheff Wed have received a positive piece of news regarding the future of one player. Plenty of Aston Villa fans have been reacting to a transfer update on midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka.

The 17-year-old made his Premier League debut on Wednesday evening in the 2-1 win over Tottenham.

Chukwuemeka replaced Marvelous Nakamba in the final stages and nearly sealed the win, with his stoppage-time effort hitting the post.

Despite Chukwuemeka only recently breaking into the first-team fold, it seems as if the youngster is already attracting interest from some of Europe’s top clubs.

According to BILD, cited by Sports Witness, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are keen. The German newspaper adds that Borussia Dortmund are ‘actively monitoring’ Chukwuemeka, who would cost around €15m (£12.9m).

The Villa midfielder is regarded as the next Jude Bellingham, with the report claiming Chukwuemeka would be a perfect fit for Dortmund.

أكد البرتغالي جوسفالدو فيريرا المدير الفني للفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الزمالك أنه لم يتوقع العودة مجددا للعمل في مصر خلال الفترة الحالية.

الزمالك برئاسة مرتضى منصور تعاقد مع البرتغالي فيريرا خلفًا للفرنسي باتريس كارتيرون الذي رحل عن الفريق على خلفية النتائج السلبية.

وعقد مجلس إدارة الزمالك مؤتمرًا صحفيًا اليوم الأحد لتقديم البرتغالي فيريرا.

وأوضح فيريرا في تصريحات بالمؤتمر الصحفي أنه يتواجد هنا بكل راحة، وسعيد بعودته مرة أخرى، وشدد على أنه يعمل في التدريب منذ 47 عامًا، ودعوة الزمالك له كانت لها كل ود وتقدير.

وأكد أنه يعلم بوجود مشاكل ولكنه قرر الموافقة على تولي المسؤولية لأنه يحب المهام الصعبة، مضيفًا أن كل المساعدين الذين أتوا معه جيدين، وقادرون على صنع الفارق، وسيكونون مجموعة عمل من أجل الوصول للنجاح.

وتابع أنه كانت لديه فرصة أن يرى جماهير الزمالك في المباراة الأخيرة لأنه في فترة ولايته الألى لم تكن الجماهير في المدرجات ولكنه كان يشعر بدعمهم، موضحا أنه تلقى العديد من الرسائل عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تحمل كل المحبة والتقدير.

وأضاف: “لاعبو الزمالك شعروا بأن الأمور لم تكن جيدة، وشعروا بحزن الجماهير في المباراة الماضية”، وشدد على ضرورة اتحاد أسرة الزمالك من أجل هدف واحد، الفوز بالدوري والكأس والتأهل لبطولة أفريقيا المقبلة”.

وأشار إلى أن مجلس الإدارة برئاسة مرتضى منصور سيبذلون قصارى جهدهم لحل المشاكل التي تواجه النادي، ومهمته التركيز في التدريب والعمل على أن يكون الفريق أفضل، لأن الزمالك هو بطل الدوري النسخة الماضية.

وأردف أنه عندما تولى المسؤولية في الولاية الأولى لم يكن الأبيض يفوز بالدوري منذ 10 مواسم، ولم يجمع بين الدوري والكأس منذ 27 عاما، ولكنه عمل ونجح في تحقيق الثنائية.

وواصل: “الجماهير لم تكن تتواجد في المدرجات في فترة الولاية الأولى ولكني كنت أشعر بدعمهم”، وشدد على ضرورة التركيز في تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبة، وإعلاء اسم الزمالك.

وتطرق للحديث عن جهازه المعاون: “كل عضو بالجهاز سيكون له أكثر من دور في الفترة المقبلة”.

واختتم أنه سيتم تقسيم اللاعبين إلى أكثر من مجموعة نظرا لوجود 37 لاعبا في قائمة الفريق، وستكون هناك مجموعة تحت قيادة أسامة نبيه ودانيال جونزاليس من أجل توصيل الفكر الفني الصحيح لكل لاعب.

The Lowdown: Hammers striker search continues

Irons boss David Moyes has been on the hunt for a new forward since January, with the Scotsman himself confirming that bids had indeed been lodged in attempts to bolster the forward line.

Now, it is seen as one of the priority positions for West Ham alongside a permanent deal for 2020/2021 loanee Jesse Lingard (Claret & Hugh).

Sozcu, bringing an update from the continent, now believe that West Ham and GSB want to sign 23-goal striker Larin this summer with West Bromwich Albion also interested.

The Turkish Super Lig club will apparently demand around €10-15m (£8.6m-£12.9m) for Larin which could come as quite a meagre fee given his stellar contributions.

Over 2020/2021, the 26-year-old bagged 19 top flight goals, three Turkish Cup strikes and one in the Champions League qualifying rounds – racking up an impressive total overall. 

As such, West Ham now allegedly want him as Moyes scours the market for a prolific forward.

The Verdict: Bargain for the Hammers?

Lauded as an ‘absolute predator’ by Canada head coach John Herdman (via Total Soccer News), Larin could be exactly what West Ham need despite his lack of experience in a competitive division like the Premier League.

He also averaged an impressive 2.1 shots per 90 for Besiktas over 2020/2021 domestically and won six Man of the Match awards (WhoScored) – potentially highlighting he would be a snip for his alleged price tag.

A dominant force in the air too, winning 2.3 aerial duels per match on average, Larin may be the perfect surprise striking option for West Ham this summer.

وكانت الحكومة البريطانية قد أصدرت قرارًا بالحجز على أرصدة أبراموفيتش ومنع تشيلسي من ممارسة أي نشاطات إدارية ولم تسمح فقط إلا باستمرار الفرق الرياضية بالتدريبات وخوض المباريات، برخصة استثنائية.

Leeds United face a real battle to sign West Brom star Matheus Pereira this summer as a major transfer update emerges.

What’s the story?

Reports from the Daily Express had claimed that Marcelo Bielsa’s side are one of the clubs interested in signing the Baggies ace his summer, and that they are set to face significant competition from the likes of RB Leipzig and Leicester.

French publication Foot Mercato have now claimed that the Brazilian’s representative has confirmed he has already had contacts with clubs in the Premier League, with Aston Villa and West Ham name-checked.

The report added that there have also been serious advances from clubs in Germany and Italy.

Bielsa will be fuming

Pereira enjoyed a superb Premier League campaign, scoring 11 goals and providing a further six assists in the top flight and almost single-handedly managed to rescue West Brom from the drop – in fact, his last eight games in the competition saw him score six times and set up another three goals.

After a particularly impressive display earlier this year, Match of the Day pundit Jermain Jenas said of the £17m-rated gem: “He’s just silky. When he’s on it, he’s just got that lovely left-foot, (tucked) his penalty away, the delivery into the box for set-pieces was brilliant, and he wanted to showcase his skills.”

Meanwhile, former Leeds striker Noel Whelan has backed the Whites to make a swoop for the winger, saying: “It is a mouth-watering prospect. We missed out on certain players last season, and this is a player that excites everybody. I would definitely take him all day long.

“He’s a fantastic player, he’s great on the ball, he can turn people inside out. Pereira’s another option we can use right across that front three and maybe in a number 10 role as well. He’s the right age and he’s the sort of player we should be looking at. Imagine, if you put him alongside Raphinha, Rodrigo, Harrison etc, that’s pretty formidable.”

It’s exactly why Bielsa will likely be fuming at the thought that other clubs, particularly rival Premier League sides, have seemingly stolen a march on the race to sign Pereira.
