Ambos integram o sub-20 do Verdão e foram testados no profissional. O jovem meia vibrou muito com a chance dada pelo treinador.

– Isso mostra o quanto o clube está trabalhando a base. Como eu entrei, outros garotos também. Todos vão poder a grandeza não só no profissional, mas tabmém na base. O professor poupou os titulares, o foco em quarta-feira continua. Estou trabalhhando no dia a dia, pegando confiança, ficamos confiantes – afirmou.

A felicidade de Juninho, no entanto, não foi completa, pois o Palmeiras perdeu a sexta partida seguida na temporada nacional e depende do título da Copa do Brasil para conseguir chegar à Libertadores da América da próxima temporada, objetivo de todo o elenco.

– Fico feliz por estar jogando, aparecendo. Infelizmente, veio a derrota, mas não podemos abaixar a cabeça. Temos de continuar trabalhando e esperar novas oportundiades. De fato, os garotos têm sido mais aproveitados. Muitos deles já tiveram pelo menos a chance de treinar com o time principal na Academia de Futebol. Essa nova postura do clube enche Juninho de esperanças para o futuro.

– É sempre bom, isso valoriza o trabalho da base do Palmeiras. Acho que faltou apenas um pouco de entrosamento, ritmo. Acaba dificultando. É por isso que a gente acaba deixando a desejar – finalizou.

Para encerrar o ano, o Verdão tem a grande final da Copa do Brasil contra o Santos, quarta-feira, às 22h, no Allianz Parque, e depois encara o Flamengo, no Rio de Janeiro, pela última rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro, quando Juninho poderá ganhar nova oportunidae.

Titular desde a pré-temporada, o lateral-esquerdo Giovanni agradou a todos desde que chegou. Comissão técnica, diretoria e torcida. Ele chegou a receber até uma sondagem da Udinese (ITA) e uma proposta do AEK (GRE), que chegou a ficar acertada por seus agentes, mas o jogador optou por permanecer no clube e conseguiu uma renovação de contrato por mais três temporadas mesmo sofrendo uma grave lesão no joelho direito, que o tirou dos gramados por seis meses.

Outro que agradou foi o experiente Pierre. Contratado junto ao Atlético-MG, o volante chegou para brigar por uma vaga com os então intocáveis Edson e Jean. Aos poucos foi ganhando espaço no time e terminou o ano como titular.

NA MÉDIA

Alguns jogadores tiveram poucas oportunidades de jogar pelo Tricolor nesta temporada. Osvaldo e Magno Alves, por exemplo, chegaram no segundo semestre e até atuaram com certa regularidade, mas o primeiro conviveu com muitas lesões musculares, enquanto o segundo entrava no fim das partidas.

O lateral-direito Jonathan chegou na reta final da temporada, já fazendo parte do planejamento para 2016 e até agradou nos jogos que fez. Já o zagueiro Artur apenas treinou neste período em que esteve no Tricolor, só participando do último jogo da temporada, diante do Figueirense.

REPROVADOS

Esta lista é grande. A maior frustração, sem dúvidas, é Ronaldinho Gaúcho. O meia chegou sob pompa e muita expectativa da torcida, mas não conseguiu mostrar em campo nada daquilo que já fez em outras oportunidades. Também no meio, Vinícius até agradou em boa parte do ano, mas a relação conflituosa com a diretoria no fim do ano o prejudicou. Marlone, reforço mais conhecido em janeiro, não conseguiu mostrar a que veio e seguiu para o Sport.

Nas outras posições, começando pela zaga, nomes como Antônio Carlos, que veio respaldado pela história que tinha no clube e pelo desempenho recente por Botafogo e São Paulo. Falhas individuais custaram caro.

João Filipe, contratado no início do ano, participou apenas de um jogo oficial na temporada, o que mostra o quanto ele não agradou. Guilherme Santos, que chegou na pré-temporada, nem sequer jogou e seguiu para o Avaí. Victor Oliveira e Lucas Gomes até tiveram oportunidades, mas não corresponderam. O primeiro ainda terá chances de mostrar algo por ter mais um ano de contrato, já o segundo não terá seu vínculo renovado. Emprestado pelo Cruzeiro, Breno Lopes também pouco jogou e não fica nas Laranjeiras.

وأكمل: “نحن بحاجة إلى رد فعل، وظيفتي هي وضع اللاعبين في الإطار الذهني الصحيح، لقد عملنا على أرض الملعب، على كل ما يحتاج إلى تصنيف للاعب كرة القدم، وهذه هي الإستراتيجية وخطة اللعبة والتكتيكات”.

وأكد: “أشعر أن اللاعبين مستعدون لتقديم الأفضل، كما يفعلون دائمًا، في الأداء، لم يتم التخطيط لأي شيء، ولم يكن الأمر قريبًا من أفضل ما لدينا”.

وقارن سولشاير الأداء السيئ لفريقه يوم الأحد بأداء ملاكم يقفز على قدميه بعد أن سقط أرضًا، لقد شعر لاعبيه بالصدمة من هدف ليفربول المبكر وفقدوا رباطة جأشهم عندما سارعوا إلى تسوية الأمور، بعد أن رأوا برونو فرنانديز يضيع فرصة كبيرة لتولي زمام المبادرة قبل لحظات فقط.

عرض سولشاير بطل العالم للوزن الثقيل تايسون فيوري، الذي صادف أنه من مشجعي مانشستر يونايتد، كنموذج لكيفية استجابة لاعبيه.

Leeds United are in trouble.

Seven points after five games isn’t the worst return in the world, but they now have to navigate the next six weeks without their star player as Kalvin Phillips picked up an injury on Monday against Wolves.

The midfielder faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines after picking up a shoulder problem, and to make matters even worse, Leeds don’t have a proper replacement in the squad.

Adam Forshaw is the only thing close to a defensive midfielder that Leeds have, but he isn’t fit, and even if he was he hasn’t played for a year.

It’s times like this where you feel that Leeds should have just splashed out on Ben White.

The centre-back is undoubtedly a great player, shown by the fact that he won Young Player of the Year for Leeds last season, but the club weren’t able to reach an agreement to bring him back on a permanent deal, and if they had, they wouldn’t be in such a worrying predicament with Phillips.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Phillips has missed matches – last season he had the odd injury or suspension keeping him out of action – but Leeds managed to resolve those situations by moving White into midfield, and it worked very well.

Leeds won three of the four games that White started in defensive midfield last term, keeping a clean sheet in each of those victories, so it’s clear that he was a competent replacement for Phillips, and that’s an option they probably wish they had right now.

There’s no doubting that White would have been a good signing, after all, he was tipped to be an England international and a future Champions League player by Noel Whelan last season.

“This kid is going places,” Whelan told Football Insider. “He is going to be an England international and is heading for a top club, a Champions League club. There’s no doubt he’s good enough.”

Unfortunately, Leeds didn’t get the deal over the line and they should be regretting that now more than ever.

Tottenham Hotspur could look to capitalise in the transfer market once again when it reopens in just under three months time with exciting claims already starting to emerge.

According to Football.London, who cite unnamed reports, Spurs boss Jose Mourinho is eyeing an audacious triple swoop in January which includes a move for Stade Rennes wonderkid Eduardo Camavinga.

It’s not the first time that the 17-year-old French starlet has been linked with a move to N17 – the Daily Mail claimed in August 2019 that the north London outfit were one of three clubs in the hunt to land him. They have even sent scouts to watch him.

Despite adding a defensive midfielder in Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg this summer, it does make sense to have further strength in depth as the Danish powerhouse is the only true option in the role now that Eric Dier is at centre-back.

Camavinga is a generational star.

He made his senior debut on the international stage just last month and has had the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus and Bayern Munich coming to the fray, according to reports in Spain.

Didier Deschamps recently labelled him a “huge talent” following his France call-up.

Having cemented his name down as a regular starter at such a young age, the impressive teenager averaged a whopping 4.2 tackles, 1.4 interceptions and 0.8 dribbles per game in Ligue 1 last season, via WhoScored.

Pairing Camavinga with Hojbjerg could prove to be a masterstroke from the Special One – during Chelsea’s title-winning campaign in 2004/05, Mourinho had plenty of defensively-minded midfielders to call upon, namely Claude Makelele, who bears massive similarities to the 17-year-old sensation.

That season, there was also Geremi and Alexey Smertin before he signed Michael Essien that summer – they went onto win the Premier League yet again.

As a tireless but all-round ball-winning maestro, he is everything Mourinho could ever dream of, and that much is seen in Paul Pogba’s glowing endorsement of him.

“It is a pleasure to see him don the shirt. To score after his first starts, that is honestly wonderful. I was truly happy for him. I only wish him the best and much more. He has everything for that. His future is in his hands. He is very at ease, he is a little dancer. He makes me think a bit about me. He is not a timid person. It is good, because he is confident. Camavinga won’t come cheap, he’s valued at €50m (£45m) by the CIES Football Observatory, but a player of this calibre doesn’t come around every day.

A midfield trio involving the French wonderkid, Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele would surely be among the best in the world.

O Santos entrará na Copa São Paulo de Juniores de 2016 mais precavido em relação às suas promessas. Aos 19 anos, o lateral-direito Patrick, que possuía vínculo com o Peixe somente até o dia 17 de abril do ano que vem, renovou seu contrato até 31 de dezembro de 2018. Neste ano, o jogador chegou a realizar treinamentos sob o comando de Dorival Júnior no time principal do Santos, e foi bem avaliado pelo treinador. Pela idade, ele servirá aos Meninos da Vila antes de uma nova observação no time profissional.

Ele já disputou a edição deste ano e é uma das principais apostas para a próxima temporada. Os Meninos da Vila estão sediados na cidade de Araraquara e têm estreia marcada para o dia 2 de janeiro, contra o Confiança-SE, na Arena Fonte Luminosa.

Primeira opção da base para a lateral-direita, Patrick pode encontrar concorrência dura nos profissionais em 2016. O clube já conta com o titular Victor Ferraz, o reserva Daniel Guedes, que teve boa sequência de jogos neste ano, seu segundo como profissional, e também Rafael Galhardo, que defendeu o Grêmio por empréstimo em 2015 e volta no ano que vem.

Should Liverpool sign Nicolo Barella?

FCInterNews has claimed that the 23-year-old has brought in a lot of admirers after his run of solid form for Inter Milan. Manchester United and Arsenal are amongst those very keen on his services.

Last season saw Barella tally four goals and eight assists across all competitions. Whilst these aren’t groundbreaking numbers, they are solid enough to keep Liverpool’s front three provided with chances from the midfield.

In comparison, Wijnaldum bagged six goals last campaign and is yet to get himself off the mark this time round (via Transfermarkt).

Barella has been lauded for his teamwork with Romelu Lukaku and was recently praised by Radja Nainggolan. The Belgian lauded the £45million-valued playmaker for being a “team player”, which is exactly the kind of person Klopp needs in his team.

Liverpool are free from egotistical personalities, which is a strong club ethic. The Reds would seriously benefit from someone who already understands the fabrics of the club and is willing to put in the hard work.

No formal asking price has been named for Barella, but Michael Edwards would definitely be able to work his magic on striking a good deal. He is currently contracted until 2024, but due to the current climate, Inter may be forced to sell up for a lower amount if the Reds come calling.

كشفت صحيفة “موندو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية، موقف الدولي الفرنسي كريم بنزيما، مُهاجم فريق ريال مدريد، من المشاركة في مباراة شاختار بدوري أبطال أوروبا.

ريال مدريد يُلاقي شاختار، مساء الأربعاء، على ملعب “سانتياجو برنابيو”، في تمام الساعة الثامنة إلا ربع بتوقيت القاهرة، ضمن لقاءات الجولة الرابعة من دور مجموعات دوري أبطال أوروبا.

وقالت الصحيفة إن هُناك تفاؤلًا حول إمكانية وجود بنزيما في تدريبات الفريق الجماعية غدًا الإثنين، حيث لا يُعاني من إصابة خطيرة.

وأكدت الصحيفة أن كل شيء يُشير إلى أن بنزيما سيكون جاهزًا للعب يوم الأربعاء ضد شاختار بطريقة طبيعية.
